Preschool Teaching Assistant (Native English Speaker)

30 hours/week | Starting October 2025

We’re looking for a kind, patient, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our warm, close-knit team at Little Lynx. This role focuses on supporting our youngest learners in a calm, nurturing environment filled with love, laughter, and learning.

It’s a wonderful opportunity for someone at the beginning of their early childhood career or someone with childcare experience who is eager to grow, supported by an experienced and caring team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with our Head Teacher and the rest of the teaching team to:

• Create a safe, caring, and engaging space for the children

• Assist with daily routines, transitions, mealtimes, and hygiene

• Support play-based learning activities and help during outings to parks, museums, and seasonal events

• Observe and gently guide children’s play and development

• Communicate kindly with families and contribute to our community-focused approach
